After rechecking deeply with shipper Elensys (Bangkok) Co., Ltd.
they did not import this shipment.
So Elensys Bkk disqualify to return cargo.
Let them get back to solved their internal problem first.
Their head office at Korea will made this dicision again.
It is seems the shipment problem, it come from your company.
Please confirm it as soon as possible, if no problem, please contact with my forwarder.
They can arrange shipment for return cargo.
