The main aim of this research was to investigate crisis management and signal detection in context of hotel industry. The research has showed importance of study, learning and gained knowledge regarding crisis management, because hotels operate in complex external and internal business environment. It is evident, according to findings of research that crisis signal framework of three stage mechanism are vital to the crisis. To be responsible and effective in terms of stakeholders and be able to prevent any crisis, it is crucial that hotel organisation engages in defining and establishing, crisis plan and focus on communication issues.
