Dear Nalinrat(Melody),
I and others, including my investors, have been working hard to raise money, in which we succeeded. On Friday last week we secured commitments from 14 investors for a total sum of $710,000.00
The above translates into 22,365,000 THB. There was only one condition for this money to be send to our account in Bangkok, the signing of the Tune Insurance contract.
I have been working on this deal for months as you know. I have had several meetings with their team, and a few days ago I went there to pick up the contract. The project managers, Robert and Joke, were both ok with the agreement, Khun Joke even went through the agreement with me line by line just before getting it signed by the CEO.
After this final due diligence, he said it was ok for the CEO to sign. The CEO very suddenly changed his mind because somebody defamed this company and he pulled out saying that he going to investigate this matter.
This change of mind happened after a person we believe to work there saw him for 1 minute and said something defamatory about me and or this company.
MyWellcard is looking into this and will try find out who is responsible for this, since this is the only reason why I am not able to pay for all outstanding salaries. We will inform all employees and former employees about this today and will meet with our lawyers.
Regards,
JP.
