We are going to implement e-Leave system where staffs have to submit their leave requested & approve online.
Here are the implementation step you have to follow;
Since e-Leave is not direct interface with hotel attendance system, all staffs information need to load into system by template attached.
Here are implementation plan;
1. Fill in staffs information into template attached, pls load leave balance as of 1 Mar 2014 ( pls remove 3 sample records )
2. send back to sarawutte@chr.co.th within 20 Feb 2014,
3. corporate IT will load these information into system
4. HR announce and send instruction to all staffs
5. We expected to start using system by 1 Mar 2014.
6. HR have to provide HR staffs email who responsible for attendance record as follows;
Staffs Level 1 – Level3 issue leave requested Department Head approve HR (…..pls specific email address….)
Staffs Level 4 – Level9 issue leave requested Department Head approve HR (…..pls specific email address….)
