Cost of the food can go up and down very much. So In the dry season when the flexible become really expensive you can not increase price.

So that’s not the problem because we can follow the procedure. Staff changing their job you need to re-employ so you trained staff well enough and you make in one or two month they resign so you need to start zero again to train new staff.
