Quality Gate inspection criteria’s assembly shop
The inspection plan “assembly” is prepared based on the production plan, according to the basic
requirements of Quality Concept Q/KS for assembly. The inspection list contains all defined
inspection contents, place of inspection (QG or Q- Station) and inspection time as well as the
capacity.
Depending on actual quality situation and/or feedback of other sensors, e.g. CS3/CS4 additional
inspection activities are necessary to be described in the dynamic inspection content.
The planning, coordination and performing of the Control System 2 inspection list is under
responsibility of QA - Engineering in consideration with production plan. The QA - Engineering will act
in close cooperation with production line management and QM & Engineering MBC.
The detailed tool list will be available in CGIS
General Scopes of inspection are fixed as following in the CS 2 checklist which is included in the
Audit Office based on the damage code.
