May I plus my opinions.In my opinion the case of last Friday, I must say I was unrespect Admin’s decision that they push Sales to pick up the CHECK, Just because of the driver strongly confirmed that he fears to face to BCM staff, But I’m not complaining to the driver, Because he is not in charge of Admin section, But I just curious about Admin’s responsibility.They did like they were not responsible. They push everything to Salesperson without trying as much as they should. As I know this is their routine so they know schedule before, And they should prepare everything right,Including booking a car.And one thing no matter what BCM staff is, but if it’s your responsibility you should do as much as you can and should never refuse it,In my previous experiences, We are all the same section Sales, Support that you all admin.Although we sometimes conflict. But we usually try to help each other as much as we can. If we have an issue,we will share it in the section meeting and my boss will be clearing up every week. We solve the problem together,So everyone will understand how important of their own duty.But for UACJ We have obviously separated departments. That’s why we are not really close enough.
