Support are working on improving workflow.
To enable this can any Support cases please be assigned to the Salesforce case queue. Not to individuals, as this is how cases get lost. If you are unsure of how to do this please email me direct.
Can any communication over cases please be sent to support@menumate.com in the first instance. This way if someone is unavailable, your requests can still be reviewed.
If you have any general questions, requests, feedback please forward them to myself, so that we can improve, refine and compliment as appropriate.
