Deat khun Patanavadee,
I have a few things to inform you if we could help each other.
1. Today there were a security guard with a scar on her forehead came to Sense Tea Studio. She "ordered" me to watch the escalator for her ,and "order" me that I must call her when it's out of order. I don't mind for helping them, but I don't like when someone order me impolitely. It's not a part of my job as a manager to follow her order. Please kindly inform her to talk politely with customer services mindset with everyone.
2. There were many times that the elevator's button on the 1st floor couldnt do its job properly. I saw arab customers complain about this.
3. The hospital's cart for kids should be reviewed. About a month ago I saw a lady with her daughter were having a problem with the cart. One wheel came out from the cart. You should ask the authorities to lock 2 nuts with a bolt on each wheel. Otherwise it is very danger for hospital's patients. I fixed it for her last time. I hope it will not happen again.
4. Thank you very much for calling the engineer to come to my shop. They can help us a lot. Now the problem belong to True. I wish khun Somsak could find sometime working with True to help us.
5. The window outside is already dirty. Im not sure who to contact for cleaning.
