Sorry to bother you again for this same subject, just would like to inform you that I got the approval from the BoD for the hiring of the few positions;
1) Plant Manager to replace the resigned position, K. Anusorn
2) Process Engineer to replace the resigned position since sometimes
Regarding the Q& E Manager (Quality & Engineering) as stated in my Organization Chart, I would like to put on hold for the time being since over the Meeting yesterday K. Kirarti name was mentioned again and I would like talk to him to have some feel/touch about his perception/attitude/experience to consider whether he shall be appropriate to transfer from TYY to YMC to sit in this position and same time we might decide to hire a junior Quality person(s) to train & see whether he will have any potential to be K. Kirati's successor in the couple of years to come.
Regarding HAS Organization, I still need to sit down and talk to K. Jeab about the necessity to have a proper QC Manager person to run the Quality Dept. and same goes for the Purchasing/Sourcing Manager position vacancy today, once we can conclude/tune our opinion/view point/expectation; you'll be notified.
Retirement Plan for the staffs for the next 5 years will also be forward to you.
Looking forward to get some CV + interview schedule for the above positions real soon.
