We try my best to get products since May 2014 to support not just you but also our dealers whom place the order to me since March and April. I badly need to explain you that the shipment were out from the factory since May but it has been struck at US port till June without further notice. We suppose to receive the shipment in June before your confirmation in September as well. If there won't be any problem you should get the goods shortly.
Not only you who lost the revenue, but me too. I hope you understand at this point.
For peace of mind I would like to return the deposit to you. Please provide me your bank account. When it's arrived, we will contact you again. We can not give you more discount because the price we have agreed with you is the best price. We do not charge you the transpiration and installation. We are alway willing to due business with you long term.
