May I please share a feedback with you about beverage spot check counting process, Normally we must have 1 venue staff attend during counting.
I understood that random check accounting team can come anytime but It’s would be great if you let outlet known before you come maybe 15mins because of in the reality we have to take care operation under a limit man power each shift, If we know a little bit earlier we can assign staff to take care beverage count with you because of we should be have 2 copy between accounting count and venue count to compare with a correct amount, because manual count any mistake can happen as in the past.
