I had hoped that Kenneth would have been able to spend time with the technical team last week reviewing the data from the KTB installed base but I understand that there was a public holiday that prevented this from happening. However as discussed before in order to solve the perceived technical issues with KTB’s installed machines, I would strongly recommend that you share with Kenneth Tan and Singapore sales team the TCR logs from all the installed devices and also your own service records so that he can review for patterns or issues that may explain why you think there are so many call outs and interventions required. Globally we are seeing 1-2 corrective calls per year, usually erring on the lower side.
