CAR ALLOWANCE :
* As shown in the above table, Mr Brenner was both paid by cash in Thailand and provided with Company car in Vietnam from November 2014 till present (May 2015)
* Similarly, Mr McGurk was both paid by cash in Thailand and provided with Company car in Vietnam from January to May 2015
* Car Allowance paid to Mr. Szilard Brenner from November 2014 to April 2015 was THB XX,XXX;
* Car Allowance paid to Mr. Tae Hyun Kim from January 2015 to April 2015 was THB XX,XXX;
* Car Allowance paid to Mr. Gerard McGurk from January 2015 to April 2015 was THB XX,XXX;
* So, our management team has resolved on this issue as follow :
1) Requesting them to pay their car allowances( as described above) back to the company.
2) There are two different options for your selection. Please select only one of two options:
OPTION 1 : The company to proceed with transferring the car allowance to their individual bank account according to the conditions of their employment contract.
OPTION 2 : The company will arrange a car with driver for facilitating them during their works in Vietnam. And also, the company will not pay any car allowance to them in each month.
3) According to the condition of the employment contract, subjected to the car allowance for expatriates. Expatriate's based salary will be supplemented by the monthly car allowance. So, they are not entitled to use TWO Taxi Cards which have been provided by CGS JSC for facilitating during their works in Vietnam.
