Our study employed HPLC-DAD to develop the chemical fingerprint and quantified 10 common peaks of YZT and utilized ESI-MS/MS to identify 33 common peaks. This combination of fingerprint with quantitative and qualitative analysis of common peaks for QC of YZT may serve as a significant reference for other laboratories and herb medicines.
