The project has already changed teaching more generally; currently, PI is being tested in a mass lecture course on electromagnetics with more than 100 students. Although applying PI with clickers works well, collaboration itself is more important. Instead of individual technical concepts, the main focus should be in activating thoughts, encouraging conceptual thinking, promoting conversation between students, and giving fast feedback. Clickers work as an effective stimulus for these objectives. Also, new material and exercises were prepared during the project. Laboratory work has been experienced as motivating and educational. If they are to be used in large courses, an adequate amount of equipment must be ensured to efficiently utilize teacher resources. Furthermore, the laboratory work content has to be considered strictly, and either it should really give additional value to learning or it is better to leave the whole laboratory work out and exploit the resource of individual guidance in some other way.
