GRE&FM Team members have a vast amount of experience, skills, talent, and are a valuable resource for both the GRE&FM function and Quintiles overall.
We know this talent is out there — so we are collecting information about each member’s knowledge, specialty areas, certifications, licenses and advanced or specialized degrees, software and program knowledge, and multiple language fluency, in order to create a centralized GRE&FM Resource Pool.
This Resource Pool will allow us to tap the skills, knowledge and experience within our own function, enabling us to collaborate within our global community. For example, if a colleague seeks a consultation with someone who has expertise in real estate law, he or she will be able to find out which colleagues have experience in this area.
Please complete the brief survey by 31 October 2014. We will notify you when the complete Resource Pool will be available to GRE&FM colleagues expected in January 2015.
