Dear khun Danny,
1. Thyssenkrupp Thailand claims they have not yet fully received the amount of the last year contract. Please check and advise if correct or not and send me copy of bank transfers. If it is true which I think is not, let's see how much we owe them. if it is over or near 50,000 baht then we dont need to follow up the matter otherwise tell them we first will contact and complain Thyssenkrupp headquarter in Germany about low quality of their service and if no reply we will file a complain against them in court.
2. you may ask the new company to start repair on 4 months credit but first wait for Thyssenkrupp final reply. Maybe they agree to do it free if they see face suing by park lane juristic person.
Best regards
