2. Approval for site visit. There was a case which happened in Malaysia where Experian contractors visited the site for troubleshooting. An invoice was received but the approval notice was not found. The cost for such a visit is approximately USD350. Therefore, we propose that HOD approve the quotation before the contractor’s visit.

3. The network issues Experian device. Local IT do not manage or have visibility of the independent internet in-store (eg Unifi, Starhub, etc). Therefore we propose the Experian notification include the Area Managers / Operations team for checking with the store in charge.
