Male or Female Age 28-32 years old.
Bachelor degree in related field (Public Relation, Communication Art or Marketing will preferable)
At least 5 years experience in Recruitment field.
Knowledge in Recruitment Channel or Recruitment Strategy.
Good personality and has communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proactive, highly self-motivated, positive attitude
People & Team oriented and Result-driven & service-minded.
Good Command in English.
Cultivate relationships with university or institutions for collaborative projects and recruitment activity.
Created new recruitment channel and new projects to support recruitment function for more efficiency.
Handle in employment process and Pre-HRM for New Hire.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports for Management Committee.
