Ethyl acetate fraction gave the best results in the DPPH analysis of
peels (50.92 to 148.59 μgmL−1) and seeds (9.26 to 45.11 μgmL−1) of
the four grape varieties. The methanol fraction was less effective in
the inhibition of the DPPH radical of peels. Only seeds had antioxidant
activity (60.42 to 187.35 μg mL−1) in this fraction.
