W: Personally, I think jet lag is not only a problem for traveler but also common issues for international manager. This issue can be embodied in the transfer of information. Due to the time difference, the manager have to stay at work until other countries’ staffs are start working, so that they
can held a video session or have a telephone communication. Otherwise, if the manager sent a message by email, the employee will not able sees it immediately until he wake up. What is more, if the manager wants to deliver an emergency message, the best way is making a phone call directly. However, I think it’s really impolite that make a phone call to disturb people in sack time.
