Problem-Solving Knowledge
On the interactional dimension of organizational learning
mode and the nature of the problem-solving knowledge
and managerial cognitions, four organizational
knowledge processes can be delineated. In the clerical
knowledge processes as is evident from Figure 5, the
state of problem-solving knowledge is dormant, and the
organizational learning mode is negative and unsophisticated
ruled by simple cognitions which ultimately are
responsible for the emergence of the clerical state.
