Monthly Xerox Meter Readings, Ordering Xerox Supplies / Calling for Maintenance
Keeping track of office guest badges
Manage meeting room calendars
Printing / packaging on request
New Employee Setup (and undoing all below when employee leaves)
– Setup computer, monitor, dock, etc.
– Add to In & Out Board
– Take photo and order badge through Safety Manager
– Provide instructions on how to map network drives/printers
Project Support - Assisting Document Controller
Provide assistance in the update of the project document control system to ensure that general programme administrative and individual project documents are properly recorded and maintained, requests for information are transmitted and responded to, and approvals or denial of approvals are recorded and communicated.
Update document logs to track the processing of specific control documents.
Provide assistance to update a computerised system for project document control.
