Por and Tuk and working so well control by Christin, I not too space/run in the admin team.
1. I'm not main accounting or finance anymore. Christin distribute my accounting/finance task to Por and Tuk so far.
2. SSP transfer/payment is 2times a year during April and October. We just done last week, then we will do a lot of payment again April 2016. I appreciate to support by the request.
3. Train Por and Tuk always done by Christin, sometime I feel I'm not a part of admin team.
4. To be a back up/assistant/supporter to Por and Tuk have no problem I'm appreciate. But you can see Por working so well at the moment, she fast learning.
5. To be your assistant is no problem in the accounting task, the donor communication will support by K. Marc as normal right?.
6. Payroll system train to Por already but I can working close to her until get more confident. This will do 1 time a month.
7. Bank communication - cash withdrawal/transfer at counter and general bank requirement.
I still wanna keep this task because not spend too much time because it can keep me busy (if not busy I will boring).

The Highest priority starting now is checking accounting for Youth Connect Guesthouse and set up banana accounting for Mote Oo. I'm late already...
Another second and third priority will start in January 2016.
