I would like status updates on all points in red text raised in the report below by the relevant HOD(s):
1) รร3 (Registration Card) - Need to fill every blank information, if not THB 200 per blank area will be charge to hotel. Today found many blank information in registration card.
Need urgent improvement : FOM brief to our team to do complete in registration. Training done and checks of improvement? (FO/HR)
2) รร4 (Guest report to Department of Local administration on daily basic). We did wrong way. We reported them only arrival guest but actually we need to report for all arrival people, in house people update, departure people.
Need urgent improvement : In this matter, we cannot do manual way as we are doing now. FOM reported to RM and FC for full license of Microsoft Excel for 2 computer at Front Desk for merge file with E DOPA system. License and merging done? If yes, is it setup already and being used? (FC/FO)
3) Authorization from General Manager to another person when away from office more than 5 days report to Department of Local Administration and copy to acting person.
Fine THB 20,000 per time if they inspect and found this happen.
Need improvement :
3.1 ) GM away from office more than 5 days - Authorization form send to Dept of Local Administration and copy to person who acting. Do we have the forms? If yes, where are they and who fills them out? (FO)
3.2) GM away from office less than 5 days - Authorization form copy to acting person. Same question as 3.1 (FO)
4) Foreigner work in hotel.
4.1 Copy of Work Permit
4.2 CV of foreigner
4.3 Copy of Passport
Remark: HR will copy and all documents concern to FOM Done already? (HR)
5) License for restaurant and bar (all outlets) need to post on wall and easy to see it.
Remark: Khun Aomjai will do it and take photo send to inspection team later. Done? (K. Aomjai)
6) License for service place, i.e. Swimming pool area, .. Need to put in the area that people can see easily. Done?
7) Water supply for emergency area need to put a copy of authorization letter from Khet. Said Khet have to inspection every year and give us letter to confirm that our water supply for emergency are good working.
Remark: Security will check and put it. Done? (SY)
8) Emergency light at corridor the tester is located in front of associate elevator. We will show them for next visit. Which floor(s)? Done? (ENG/SY)
Other :1) Recommend HRD should stand by and meeting together as some questions are concern to associates in house. And notice to prepare documents, areas, etc should be 1 months in advance.
2) 2nd visit will inform date and time later to see our hotel improvement.
