The word "Noblesse" appeared several times as part of Korea's modern society in this Manhwa. The example as shown in the picture:
Up: Shinwoo's classmate's writing on his arm cast (Eps. 92)
Middle: The name of the cafe where Takio treats Shinwoo and Yuna coffee (Eps. 111)
Bottom: The name of the cafe where Tao meet and chat with Ikhan directly for the first time (Eps. 116)
Are these merely the author/illustrator's way of having fun, or is it something more than meets the eye? If it's the latter, perhaps this implies that modern humans in the Manhwa didn't entirely forgot about the Nobles who have been helping them survive since the dawn of humanity. If not remembered as the almost omni-potent race according the history of Noble -Humans as recited by Frankenstein in Eps. 90+ (which is also supported by Regis' explanation in Eps. 138 about the lack of humans with knowledge of the Nobles' existence, and regarding the erasure of those memories in order to prevent Noble's existence being further exposed), perhaps they're remembered as a myth such as vampire, elf, and so on?
This piqued my curiosity. Are there other scattered "Noblesse" in the manhwa? What do you all think? ^^
