Khun Vitoon, the most important is that Metro settles all the current outstanding past dues before we can consider any interest reduction. My question is why were the original invoices cannot be settled in time and how much time is needed?
We cannot waive all the interest. My understanding is that extra discount has been granted, which means Metro has already had the extra use of the funds. While I understand the problem may not be caused by Metro, any dispute should have been brought to our FRep's attention immediately.
Can you confirm if all the existing past dues, including the RMS interest invoices, can be cleared by Nov. 30?
