HRM Admin (1 year contract)
Reports to:
Policy and Compensation Manager
Major Responsibilities:
• To assist Employee and Expatriate Counselor to provide services to Expatiates
• To assist HRM team to co-ordinate and arrange all employee activities such as Sport Day, Family Talk, Family Day, HR Visit, Welfare Committee Meeting, etc.
• To assist and provide administration support in employee benefit reimbursement/claim.
• To assist to create HR communication material via online or employee events, etc.
• Other as requires.
Education / Experience Required:
• Bachelor Degree in any fields
• Good command of English communication
• Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong sensitivity to work as team and having services minded
• Able to work in Rayong Province
