• Conduct data extraction and data gathering from MIS DataBase, OLAP, Data mart and warehouse, and other systems to perform customer and segmentation analysis, including studying of customer' s characteristics, behaviors, and credit standing
• Analyze and recommend effective segmentation to segment management team
• Develop and implement consumer insight to support segment, product and channel Analytic tools used including cluster, decision tree and propensity model, regression
• Prepare and update periodic Correlation reports of credit scoring and payment grading and predict estimated loss
• Advise and collaborate with Application Development & Database Management Team in maintaining high data integrity to support decision support system (DSS)
