incorporates the values of three important hospitality operational performance
dimensions, which include availability, quality, and efficiency. The proposed SOE can
be utilized to either the support of the measure-specific platform, or the system-wide
platform of the hospitality operational system. As such, the management of hospitality
organizations has the flexibility to utilize SOE measure and performance measurement
approach associated with it as an integrated performance system, or as a narrowly
focused operational measurement process.
