Regional/ASEAN role: Overall support and responsible for AP Training Program, delivering ongoing organizational Learning & Development needs.
Thailand Market role : Graduate and Undergraduate Program
Roles and Responsibilities
ASEAN market coverage
Partner with Market/Country L&D to implement key Asia Pacific regional L&PD programs
Deliver/facilitate key global/regional GSR programs across ASEAN market
Involve in the regional L&PD program development project/initiative
Share market inputs and insights for L&PD solutions
Leading to implement and monitor Thailand Graduate Program and Internship Undergraduate Program to make sure the program effectiveness

On-boarding Program
Design & facilitate cross functional Graduate Trainee/Internship Development Activities
Work with functional champion to coordinate GT rotation plan, end of GT program including
Assist to conduct necessary benchmarking exercises for best practices learning and adaptation
Organize and assist to run focus group, interviews with target learners for learning solution development
Placement Performance Management for GT
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or Learning & Development
5-7 years of work experience in the area of Learning & Development within a Automotive environment.
Sound knowledge and competence in the principles and application of Learning & Development processes.
Human Resources Development in Automotive Business
Have strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, able to manage time, and prioritize effectively
Capable of establishing and maintaining sound relationship at all levels of the organization
Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
Fluent in English
