The participants were 242 ornamental fish farmers in Nakhon Pathom Province. They were sorted into three groups. The first group consisted of 30 ornamental fish farmers who were trained about potential development of English and technology. The second group was 182 ornamental fish farmers who were investigated in the aspect of international marketing strategies and the last group was 30 ornamental fish farmers who were studied about promoting and preserving folk wisdom on ornamental fish culture for exportation in Nakhon Pathom Province.
