Although the economic growth in Argentina is in the good range, Argentina still has problems about freedom from want which was defined by president Franklin D. Roosevelt as economic understandings which will secure to every nation a healthy peacetime life for its inhabitants - everywhere in the world. The children of Argentina is the best illustration of this point, children in Argentina are in poverty. They lack education, health care and residence, which is basic things that every person should have. Even though Argentina has law 114, which is similar to Argentina’s national law 26061, to guarantees the promotion and protection of children’s right, they are still in poverty. Law 114 failed because law’s objectives could not be achieved. For example, in terms of education due to the lack of buses, the infrastructure problems, the inadequate number of high schools and the programme change. According to the legislator’s report, “18.2% of poor adolescents drop out of high school” (The Argentina Independent, 2012). Moreover, in an article by MercoPress (2015), “The report shows that in Argentine urban areas, 21.5% of under 18 were still in vulnerability situation regarding access to food, while, 17.7% lived in precarious housing.”
