Organizations with a high capacity to innovate develop efficient processes for continuous innovation,
which in turn, requires the simultaneous presence of three fundamental processes of the organization.
The first, is the creation and absorption of knowledge; the second, is the integration of knowledge,
and the last one is the reconfiguration of knowledge (Verona & Ravasi 2003). The combination of
these three processes based on knowledge, promote the achievement of innovation. The strategic
processes of an organization must be managed continuously (Rejeb et al. 2008) to allow it to survive
to the rapidly changing environment in the long term (Santos-Alvarez-Gonzalez Vijande & 2007).
