Please use the attached form in submitting your proposal. Please not the proposal must be a lump-sum proposal, means you need to cover all cost necessary to complete the work.
We are not going to use BoQ base for this project, you can provide BoQ to help you to build your proposal but you are still required to complete the work as per the scope even they are not in your BoQ.
