This is my FOURTH request for a response from you in order to solve my problems with my Buffalo HD-PZU3 hard-drive as described in the email below. I have been patient but my problems with your unit have been going on for a week and you seem uninterested or unable to perform your task of customer support for what should be a straight-forward request. Please get back to me today with a link to the correct software which you mentioned I should download.
You also should know that I have just sent an email to Buffalo’s US offices highlighting the poor Customer Service responsiveness and complete failure after three previous attempts to get my Buffalo problem resolved.
