5.2.1 Outline of Vocational Ability System
Human resources development in companies should be implemented according to the plan. The plan should be in line with one’s everyday duty, and should have a systematic and phased curriculum. The first step that should be taken is to clarify the duties in everyday work (duties analysis), and to create material that systematically summarizes such duties (vocational ability system). By creating a vocational ability system, issues can be shared within the organization and the problems of human resources development can be clarified.
