WHY DON'T I RECEIVE MY ACTIVATION CODE?

3. If you are using email address other than those ended with @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, sometimes there are problems receiving i-Dressup email. In that case, we suggest you use email ended with @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com and @gmail.com.
If you are sure you gave a correct email and still do not get the activation code, please contact us with a valid email address and provide your username and password. We will send the activation code again or even activate the account for you. This may take some time. Please be patient. Thanks!
