The anterior spiracle contained a single row of papillae that numbered 8 to 12 (Fig. 11). The
dorsal spines between the prothorax and mesothorax were arranged singly, but close together, with one to three pointed teeth at their tips (Fig. 12). At the end of the first abdominal segment in some specimens, a group of about 38 globules, which comprised bubble membranes, was observed. However, in some older puparia, the pupal respiratory horn slightly protruded from the
center of these globules as seen in Fig. 14.
