Well-Fixed Asset Maintenance Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into as of January 3, 2016 by and between MB Tech Co., Ltd. with a place of business at 51/3 Vibhavadi Tower, Ngamwongwan Road, Ladyao, Chathuchak, Bangkok 10900 ( hereinafter called “MBT”) and KGI Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited with the place of business at Asia Centre Building, 8th-11th Floor, 173 South Sathorn Road, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120 ( hereinafter called “KGI ” ). KGI and MBT are agree as follows :
Maintenance Service
Annual Maintenance Agreement
A Maintenance Agreement can be made between MBT and KGI on annual basis so that MBT will continue to provide the services similar to those provide during Implementation. The serviced covered by the maintenance agreement include :
- Telephone Support
MBT will assign a specific contract person to provide consultation regarding with the application and system implemented by MBT via telephone during office hour, Monday through Friday.
- On-Site Support
On-Site service charge shall be paid on the real expense basis, and shall not exceed 10,000
Baht/visit throughout the period of this agreement.
- Modem Remote Service
Modem Remote Service is provided via modem link from KGI’s site to MBT office so that the MBT supporting can Access KGI’s computer and help KGI in diagnosing and solving the problems. This will allow a timely and efficient way to support KGI who is situated in remote location. MODEM Remote Service is offered free of charge during warranty period. Afterwards, the service will be provided to KGI who have software maintenance agreement with MBT only. To Utilize the MODEM Remote Service, KGI will require a 9600-BPS MODEM and appropriate software both to which are to be recommended by MBT. The MODEM must be attached to a public telephone line a long-distance enable telephone line for location outside Bangkok. The telephone charge is to be paid by KGI.
