Hi and thanks for contacting Coinbase Support.
If you were waiting for a transaction to get confirmed by the Bitcoin network, can you please check again if it is now very well confirmed? It can sometimes take more time for a Bitcoin transaction to be confirmed if the attached fee is too low or the network is saturated. Bitcoin transactions’ confirmations are external processes carried out by a decentralized network of computers, there is no way for us to manually speed up or cancel a transaction that has already been broadcast to the Bitcoin network.
As you have contacted Coinbase Support, if the transaction in question does not involve any Coinbase wallets or customers we won’t be able to assist you in tracking down this unconfirmed or lost payment. You will have to refer to the support team or owners of the wallets you use.
On the other hand, if nothing of the suggested above solve your issue, please reply back to this message and I’ll be glad to help you with the doubts you may still have.
If you need any further assistance, let me know.
