3.6. Distribution of four food-borne pathogens by region
Table 2 shows distribution by region of four food-borne pathogens.
Among different regions, statistical analysis showed a significant
difference (p < 0.05) in L. monocytogenes, S. aureus and
diarrheagenic E. coli. There was no significant difference (p > 0.05)
in Salmonella spp.
