A: Regardless of your account status, you still have the ability to fulfill your obligations to buyers, including communicate via Conversations, issue refunds, access and close cases (with proof of shipping or refund). You can still view your sold orders by going to Your Shop > Orders or accessing the link https://www.etsy.com/your/orders/sold. If you registered for Direct Checkout, please know that your funds may be held in your Shop Payment Account pending the resolution of buyer complaints. If you do not fulfill open Direct Checkout orders within the next 30 days (or by the date specified in Admin correspondence), Etsy will refund buyers on your behalf, and you will owe Etsy all accrued debts. Etsy may contact the appropriate authorities and send unpaid balances to collections.
Q: Can I be refunded the fees for my listings?

Q: Can I open another Etsy shop?
