Job description:
Creating high-level digital and social media advertising campaigns.
Leading and/or facilitating the presentation of deliverables to clients (creative concepts, site organization, requirements, plans, etc).
Clearly translating client requirements into written internal briefs and ensuring that all members of the project teams understand the briefs.
Developing detailed project plans for project delivery, communicating and tracking project milestones, and monitoring the progress of all team members.
Working with agency teams to create solutions to fulfill client business requirements, and preparing estimates and timelines for digital projects.
Managing third party vendors for the delivery of projects, including by gathering estimates, negotiating rates, and working with the finance team to ensure the prompt settlement of invoices.
Developing project scope documents, and managing the development process (for web/banners/social media/applications) to minimize scope creep and ensure the timely deliver of projects within budgets.
Creating project communication plans, preparing status reports, and conducting regular internal and external status meetings to ensure the effective resolution of issues and the quality of project delivery.
Preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and monitoring billing activities for projects to ensure profitability.
Job qualifications:
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
At least 1 year proven experience as an accountant/project manager and/or digital producer in an agency environment.
Good knowledge of and experience in digital and social strategies, design, media and technology. MUST have worked on digital campaigns, such as web builds, social media, facebook applications, video content or mobile applications.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables, excellent at managing delivery, with a keen ability to define team and project objectives.
Experience developing strategic plans for digital advertising or social media campaigns.
