I think I see what is happening here and I think it if I explain it correctly – it will be a good education piece.
This distributor signed up with 250 LP in Feb volume and signed up for Autoship before our March 331 deadline. They fall into the FSA category of 250LP but also fall into the 30% signup promotion into Loyalty.
30% of 250 is 75.
They signed up in February and the first order was in February but we indicated that all new distributors in February should not get penalized so we will all them to participate with the Fast Start Advantage so we used March 1 as their “start” date into the Loyalty program. 2 months (60) days from the start of the program the points became available – the 75 points above.
The other items below related to the surcharge and the redemption fee will need to be reviewed. Out of the scope of the IC email here.
IT – tell me if I am wrong.
IC – this is unique because we had the 30% promotion period and also we had the February early signup period. In practice – this person would have received 10% 60 days from the first loyalty order because they were signed up in prior months. They would not be considered a new distributor.
