I returned for a second round after a day's break to another city and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was upgraded to executive floor, which was the 30th floor. Anyway, that pleasant surprise was short-lived when upon entering the room, it gave off the vibe that it's been a while since it was occupied.
1. Pillow case had stains - not sure if it's dried blood or lipstick or something. I had it changed;
2. Tray that was holding the cups had dust a few mm thick. Took photos to prove my point. The hotel may contact me if they need this photo. This was rectified the next day by room service;
3. The "executive floor" room was smaller than the one I stayed 2 days earlier;
4. Trainee staff at front desk may need a bit more polishing on customer service.
If I had not stayed here before, I would most probably not turn up again. But because I had such a wonderful time during my previous stay, I would sincerely give it another go before switching to another hotel.
All in all, still wonderful.
