The experiments were performed on the basis of randomizedblock design with three replications. All experiments in GC werecarried out using a large facility composed of nine growth cham-bers whose respective environmental factors were controlled. Inaddition, for PG experiments, we used three separate plastic green-houses, each was divided into four separate compartments (oneof them included the control). In each block of GC, the respec-tive LED light of three different colors was given to six individualplants, respectively. On the other hand, in the case of the PG,the respective LED light of three different colors as well as thelow intensity incandescent light (as control) was given to fortyindividual plants, respectively. The results obtained from the twolines of experiments were subjected to ANOVA analysis using SAS(SAS Institute Inc., NC, USA). Values of P < 0.05 were regarded assignificant.
