All relevant fields in your employment application form, any other forms of Xerox Business Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd which we require you to furnish are obligatory and must be completed for ACS Malaysia Sdn Bhd, A Xerox Company to perform human resource related works to your application of employment ; including but not limited to matters of declaration in your resume, personal file, subscription of payroll system, EPF and other statutory subscription, insurance subscription, tax assessment, immediate family information and other relevant personal information. Failure to provide this information may impair the performance of such tasks.
We, Xerox Business Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd will use the information you have provided in this application form, together with other information we may obtain from you or from third parties, e.g. your education, medical records, physical attributes, personal and family data, from your referees and from carrying out security / credit checks, to assess your suitability for employment with us, verification purposes during pre- employment process, for administration and management purposes and for statistical analysis. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents for these purposes.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will keep your information for a reasonable period in accordance with legal requirements, for administration and record purposes, as part of our talent pool database.
We may need to share your information with other entities of Xerox Corporation, agents and service providers for these purposes. We may also share your personal data with third parties for audit verification purposes and organizations which provide and administer employee benefits, such as insurance service providers and healthcare service providers, and agents dealing with immigration matters.
