No matter in what form, the use of forced labor is not authorized except in the following
cases:
1. The use of labor in accordance with the law for national defense, or for national
security;
2. The use of labor in the event of emergencies, including fires, natural disasters or
disease epidemics;
3. The undertaking of work resulting from a court decision under the administration of
relevant government officials;
4. The undertaking of group work in accordance with the decision of local authorities,
organizations, or associations to which the employee is attached or is a member.
